Adam Glowinski is a Polish national and used car salesman who has been repeatedly accused of fraud, theft and forgery throughout Europe.
His current company sometimes operates under different names, and frequently changes. Currently, he is operating as “gclassforsale.net” but previously he has used “Tool 4x4,” “World Of G-Class,” and others. He is almost always located in Warsaw, Poland, but occasionally claims to be based in Germany or other countries.
His Instagram account changes names too often to update regularly, but is currently “w461_w463sale. Former names include “Polclassics” and a few dozens others.

Adam Glowinski (Polish spelling “Adam Głowiṅski”) is originally from Warsaw, Poland and remains a Polish national, but has operated at various times throughout Europe. It is believed he is currently living and working out of Warsaw, Poland selling through a website called “Gclassforsale.net” and Instagram accounts which change name frequently (currently “w461_w463sale” but formerly “Polclassics,” “gclasscool” and many others.) In all cases he purports to sell restored and customized Mercedes-Benz G-wagen vehicles to enthusiasts, primarily targeting buyers in the USA and Canada, but such customers routinely report serious problems, including accusations of fraud.
The name of his Instagram account, which he uses as his primary advertising tool, frequently changes names, from “@Polclassics” to “@Mercedes4x4.eu,” but “@Gclass_cool _build” and others. He changes it frequently to avoid angry customers and past fraud victims, many of whom are still pursuing him for restitution.
Many of Adam Glowinski (ADAM GŁOWIŃSKI) buyers are claiming they were cheated out of money, totalling tens of thousands of euros, and are preparing legal action against Adam Glowinski personally and any companes he actrually owns.
Adam Glowinski signed a confession in the country of Spain in 2019, admitting to the unilateral theft of more than 285.000€ through fraudulent bank transfers, misappropriation of funds, forged invoices and wire fraud. To date, less than 20.000€ of the stolen money in that case has been returned.
In 2018, in an unrelated case, Adam Glowinski was charged with fraud in Poland, and a judgement was entered against both him and his wife Laura Glowinski (Polish spelling “Laura Hyży-Głowińska”) in the amount of 155.000€, plus an additional 125.000€ in penalties and plaintiff legal costs, for a total judgement of 280.000€. An embargo was issued in an attempt to seize assets from Adam Glowinski and/or Laura Glowinski, and the embargo was executed in both Poland and Spain, but it is believed the couple did not keep any assets in their names and there is no evidence the judgement has been discharged.
